A: The Bug House is an online store based out of Lynchburg, OH. Fun Fact: The Bug House got its name after our corgi, JuneBug (hello, worlds cutest mascot!)
The Bug House offers apparel, tumblers, custom items, and more. We often team up with other small business friends to bring even more goodies to the shop.

Q: What sizes and styles does The Bug House offer?
A: Here at The Bug House, we strive to offer something for everyone! We are able to accommodate a large range of sizes(Infant-Adult 6x) in certain shirt styles/colors. On the site, you will find adult small-3xl but are happy to create something specific to you. Our typical shirt styles offered include tee, long sleeve, crewneck, and hooded sweatshirts. If you are looking for a specific style, feel free to reach out and ask!

A: All items offered at The Bug House are a unisex fit. Most of our customers stick with their true size(including the staff.) If you are wanting "oversized", we recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. If looking for a specific size/style/fit, please feel free to reach out and ask!

A: YES! Absolutely. We love love love custom orders! Fun fact: our favorite customs are birthday shirts and large group orders! In addition to custom finished shirts, we also offer custom digital items(invitations, flyers, and more.) Please reach out via Facebook messenger or email for customs.

Return/Exchange Policy: Due to the custom made nature of our items, we do not offer returns/exchanges. While we hope you love every item you receive from The Bug House, we understand this may not always be the case. If you have any issues with your order, please, reach out to us via Facebook or Email. We are human and if there is any mistake on our part, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Pick Up Policy: Don`t want to pay for shipping? We offer FREE local pick up. Local pick up is located in Lynchburg, OH. We are approximately 3 minutes from Terry`s Pizza and approximately 8 minutes from Fayetteville, OH. We also often offer weekly pick ups in surrounding areas. Weekly pick ups will be posted in our Facebook group so be sure to join! Items will be marked as ready for pick up and you will be contacted when/where to pick up via email. Once your order is marked as ready for pick up, you will have one week to pick up. If your order is not picked up within one week, we will send a request for shipping payment. If the request goes unpaid for 48 hours, items will be returned to stock or donated at the buyers expense.
Shipping Policy: We are happy to provide shipping to our customers via USPS. All orders are shipped and tracking is entered into the website. Please note that once an item is shipped, The Bug House is no longer responsible for the item and any issues regarding delivery must be directed to USPS.
Disclaimer: Due to limited availability, hard to find styles, and shortages we are currently using a variety of brands. Brands include(but are not limited to) Gildan, Bella Canvas, and Hanes. If a color selected is out of stock, we will find the closest substitute. If you are looking for a specific style or needing a specific brand, please reach out. Please note that due to screen settings, colors may vary between shirts and designs. Please note that each batch of designs is printed separately and some variations in color are normal.
Turn Around Time: Turn around time is the time it takes for your order to be ready for pick up/shipping. Turn around time starts the following business day after your order is placed(ex: if you order on Friday, tat starts on Monday.) Turn around time does not include shipping time. Turn around time is as follows(unless otherwise stated on the item listing:
